Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice

Eartheaven Foundation exists in part to make meaningful teachings and educational resources accessible to the world. We encourage thoughtful learning, discussion, and sharing of official links while also protecting the integrity, authorship, context, and presentation of the work.

Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, original materials appearing on Eartheaven.org are owned by or licensed to The Teachings 40 Generations Later Inc. d/b/a Eartheaven Foundation, David H. Fastiggi, and/or the respective identified rights holder.

Protected materials may include:

  • written teachings and articles;

  • manuscripts and books;

  • educational texts;

  • recorded lectures and presentations;

  • videos and audio;

  • diagrams and original illustrations;

  • course materials and curricula;

  • downloadable resources;

  • photographs;

  • website copy and original design elements;

  • graphics and visual presentations;

  • program materials;

  • original compilations or arrangements; and

  • other copyrightable works.

David H. Fastiggi's Materials

The teachings and materials presented through Eartheaven may include works authored or developed by David H. Fastiggi.

Where a work remains owned by David H. Fastiggi, its appearance on Eartheaven.org does not transfer ownership to the public. Eartheaven Foundation may publish or distribute such material under ownership, license, permission, or another authorized arrangement.

Protecting the Integrity of the Teachings

Eartheaven welcomes sincere study and discussion.

However, unauthorized reproduction or alteration can remove material from context or create the false impression that a modified interpretation represents David H. Fastiggi's original teaching.

Accordingly, unless expressly permitted or allowed by applicable law, written permission is required before:

  • reproducing substantial passages or complete materials;

  • republishing articles or teachings elsewhere;

  • translating publications, courses, videos, diagrams, or teaching materials;

  • adapting protected materials into another course, curriculum, book, video, presentation, or educational product;

  • selling or commercially distributing protected material;

  • reproducing original diagrams or graphic teaching tools;

  • creating editions, compilations, or derivative publications substantially incorporating protected material;

  • presenting yourself or your program as an authorized Eartheaven or David H. Fastiggi teaching program; or

  • removing or changing authorship, attribution, context, or proprietary notices.

What You May Share

Unless otherwise indicated, visitors may:

  • share the URL of an Eartheaven webpage;

  • share an official Eartheaven social-media post using the platform's built-in sharing functions;

  • quote limited portions of publicly available material with appropriate attribution where permitted by law; and

  • use materials expressly designated by Eartheaven as shareable.

When quoting, please identify David H. Fastiggi and/or Eartheaven Foundation, as applicable, and link to the original material when possible.

Ideas Versus Expression

Copyright protects original expression, not an idea, principle, system, procedure, method, concept, or discovery itself. The U.S. Copyright Office expressly distinguishes the underlying idea or system from the original writing, artwork, diagrams, recordings, and other expression used to communicate it.

Accordingly, this Notice is intended to protect Eartheaven's and its authors' legally protectable expression and other intellectual property and is not intended to claim copyright ownership over subject matter that copyright law places in the public domain or otherwise excludes from copyright protection.

AI and Automated Use

Except as authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by law, protected Eartheaven materials may not be systematically scraped, harvested, downloaded, reproduced, or compiled for:

  • training generative artificial-intelligence systems;

  • fine-tuning machine-learning models;

  • building commercial datasets;

  • producing unauthorized derivative publications;

  • automated content generation; or

  • commercial knowledge products.

Trademarks & Brand Identity

Names, logos, symbols, program names, and other branding displayed by Eartheaven may be trademarks, service marks, trade names, or other protected identifiers.

No use of such branding may falsely suggest approval, certification, sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.
