Educational Purpose

The content of this Site is provided primarily for educational, informational, inspirational, and spiritual-development purposes.

Eartheaven Foundation makes available teachings, articles, diagrams, videos, recordings, educational programs, books, courses, discussions, and other resources concerning human development, health and well-being, relationships, spirituality, peace, and related subjects.

Nothing on this Site should be understood as a guarantee of any particular personal, health, spiritual, relational, educational, or other outcome.

Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise indicated, the original content appearing on this Site—including written material, articles, graphics, illustrations, diagrams, photographs, videos, audio recordings, course materials, educational resources, downloadable materials, website design elements, and other creative works—is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by The Teachings 40 Generations Later Inc. d/b/a Eartheaven Foundation, David H. Fastiggi, or other identified rights holders.

Materials specifically credited to David H. Fastiggi may remain his intellectual property or be used by Eartheaven Foundation under authorization or license.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as transferring ownership of any intellectual property to a Site visitor.

Eartheaven Foundation respects the distinction between ideas and copyrighted expression.

Copyright does not necessarily give exclusive ownership over an underlying idea, principle, discovery, method, system, or concept.

However, Eartheaven's names, publications, graphics, diagrams, recordings, course materials, written explanations, original arrangements, branding, and other protectable creative works remain subject to applicable copyright, trademark, contractual, and other intellectual-property protections.

Artificial Intelligence, Automated Extraction, and Data Mining

Except where required or permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by Eartheaven Foundation in writing, you may not use automated systems, bots, scrapers, crawlers, data-mining tools, or similar technologies to systematically collect, reproduce, extract, or compile protected content from the Site.

You may not use non-public, restricted, course, membership, or protected Eartheaven materials to train, fine-tune, develop, benchmark, or enrich an artificial intelligence or machine-learning system without prior written authorization.

Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines in accordance with the Site's technical permissions.

Names, Logos, and Brand Identity

The names, logos, program names, symbols, graphics, slogans, and other identifiers appearing on the Site may constitute trademarks, service marks, trade names, or other protected brand assets of Eartheaven Foundation, David H. Fastiggi, or their respective owners.
